Product Description :
SPEEDY is a fast-acting, non-selective contact herbicide containing Paraquat Dichloride 24% SL. It is widely used for rapid weed burn-down in fallow land, plantations, and non-crop areas. The product provides immediate control of a wide range of weeds by destroying green plant tissues upon contact. As it has no soil residual activity, it allows safe sowing and planting after application, making it ideal for land preparation and inter-row weed management.

Mode of Action:
SPEEDY works as a contact herbicide by rapidly disrupting photosynthesis in green plant tissues. This leads to quick drying and desiccation of weeds. Since it does not move within the plant or remain active in soil, it ensures safe follow-up agricultural operations.

Recommended Crops / Usage:
• Fallow land
• Pre-planting weed control
• Tea, Rubber and Coconut plantations
• Field bunds and non-crop areas
• Inter-row weed control in wide-spaced crops
